How long do your perfumes last?
Most of our perfumes last 6 to 10 hours on skin and even longer on clothes. Each product page shows a longevity rating so you know what to expect.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available all over Pakistan. You can also pay by JazzCash, Easypaisa or Raast and upload your payment screenshot after placing the order.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Delivery costs Rs. 250, and orders of Rs. 5,000 or more are delivered free. Orders are usually delivered in 2 to 5 working days depending on your city.
What if my bottle arrives broken?
Send us a photo or video on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. If the bottle is broken or leaking, or it is not the perfume you ordered, we will take it back and send you the right one free of charge.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched we send you the courier name and tracking number. You can also check it any time on the Track Order page.
Which size should I choose?
50 ml is great for trying a new scent or carrying in your bag. 100 ml is better value if you already know you love it.
Can you help me choose a perfume?
Of course. Message us on WhatsApp with a perfume you already like or the kind of smell you enjoy, and we will suggest the closest match.
Are your perfumes safe for skin?
Yes. We use skin-friendly fragrance oils. If you have very sensitive skin, try spraying on clothes first or do a small patch test.
